What “beta” means here

Your Layover record is real. Titles and dates are confirmed against official HR documentation and sealed at mint — that part is production-grade, not a demo. What’s still early is the experience around it: we’re onboarding candidates in waves, and you may run into a rough edge here and there.

A confusing screen, a detail that looks wrong on your record, an email that didn’t arrive — that’s exactly what we want flagged. Reporting it makes the platform better for the next person cleared.

On the waitlist?

We clear candidates in cohorts so every record is held to the same standard. If you’ve reserved a seat, you’re in the queue — we’ll email you when your wave opens. Nothing more to do on your end.
